These "private referals" must be in writing. Appointments will normally be available within 14 days of referral.

They must clearly indicate that the patient wishes to be seen by Mr Vaughan under private contract. Full and appropriate details of both the patient and the referring dentist must be included.

It is often beneficial to forward to Mr Vaughan any notes, radiographs and/or study models that may be relevant. These should be appropriately and securely packaged and delivered using a carrier or postal delivery that guarantees safe delivery.
