The party will be on Thursday 12th July 2007 at Torquay International School (15 St Marychurch Road, Torquay, Devon, TQ1 3HY) from 1830 onwards and it is in aid of The Peter Clarke Music Trust.
The caterers are working on a first class buffet menu to be served in or out of doors and wine and soft drinks will be included. Nigel Pound from the Totnes Wine Company  will be supplying wines for the evening and will be joining us on the 12th to give a Champagne Master Class.
Peter asked if Torquay International School could make a small Memorial Garden for him at the school. They are working hard on Peter's Garden and hopefully, everything will burst into flower by the 12th and there'll be a "ribbon cutting ceremony" to add to the atmosphere. They'll be lining up a little entertainment for you too!
Price Guide for Tickets - £30 for adults and £15 for children to include the food and drink. You can pay more if you wish because every penny profit we raise will go to the Trust. You can pay in advance for the tickets by simply sending us an email with the number of tickets that you would like and we will send you an invoice so you can offset it against tax. Alternatively if you would prefer to make an anonymous donation then please bring cash with you on the night in a plain brown envelope. All profits from the evening will go to the Peter Clarke Music Trust.
