The trustees are pleased to advise that since commencement the Trust has received donations totalling £10,000 and we are very grateful for your contribution.  The funds have been used to continue music lessons for Helena and James and with your help they have been able to represent the National Youth Orchestra and National Children's Orchestra respectively.  Helena will start university this year whilst James, having retired from NCO, will be looking to further his musical experience in more senior orchestras.  With the level of contributions falling off, the trustees have agreed that we should close the Trust before the start of the 2010/2011 tax year so that administrative costs are minimised.  Any residual money will be given to Jeanette in early 2010 to help with both musical and general education for James and Helena.

That this Trust has been so successful is a great testament to Peter, as contributions have come from a wide circle of family, friends and colleagues.  On his behalf, may we thank you, one and all.

Peter was renowned for his joie de vivre and, above all, his love of family life and a father’s natural pride in his family’s many achievements. This was never more evident than the joy he felt when hearing Helena and James perform in concert, whether on violin, viola, piano or any combination of the three.

This website, which we intend to regularly update, is designed promote a number of events which are being organised over the coming months by Peter’s friends and business colleagues with any funds raised being used towards the Trust’s commitments. 

We will also bring you news of the latest achievements by James and Helena and show how the Trust is helping to grow these talents.
