The room is a furnished single bedroom. There is also a (more or less) private bathroom as I have my own ensuite. The bed is a single but it can be made in to double on occasions. Bedroom furniture includes wardrobe, bookcase & bedside table.
Located in Stapleton/Eastville. It's very close to the M32 and within 10 minutes of the City Centre, Frenchay and Abbeywood.
I'm a 23 year old female IT professional, I enjoy watching films, going out to gigs and socialising. Looking for a friendly male or female professional lodger to share my home. There's plenty of space downstairs to socialise, relax and enjoy.
There is a well fitted kitchen, downstairs toilet, conservatory/dining room and large living room with freeview TV. Outside is a small garden patio area and a parking space for the tenant (the house has two spaces plus roadside for guest parking). The house is non-smoking however smoking is allowed in the garden.
There is full wi-fi internet access and the house is cleaned regularly (all rooms except the bedroom). The kitchen has a newly fitted boiler, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer, shared kitchenware (plates etc) and plenty of storage.
Deposit (£200) and proof of employment required with no application fee. The licence agreement is rolling monthly contract which is subject to one months notice. Ideally I am looking for someone to stay over 6 months.
Available from 1st Feb 2010, but can arrange something for earlier if needed. Viewing times can be flexible.
