SOLVE IT

SolveIT support can now be accessed on line.

As part of this service SolveIT can log onto the user's PC and carry out diagnostic work.

It is hoped that this new service will be of use to both new and existing clients.

We offer an online remote backup service.

What ever happens to your data, you don't want your business to lose out.
Whether it's fire, flood, virus or theft your data is at risk if it is not backed up both in and outside of your office.

  • Are you still using tape drives or floppy disks to back up your data?

Tape drives were once the cutting edge of back up systems, but now a tape could be useless as back up since a lot of tape drives are not longer sold. Floppy disks are notorious for corrupting and losing your data. A back up is only useful if you can use the data again. With SolveIT's back up services the data is backed up on the secure server and we use the most up to date systems available.

  • Want a faster, easier & more cost effective back up system?

Our remote backup system is totally automated, once we have set it up, it will keep on running, so you don't need to make sure that someone has backed it up each week- you know its done. Human error is a significant cause of many computer problems and its just as easy to forget to make that vital back up on a Friday evening- take the risks out of back ups and let us do it all for you.

  • Want to be back up and running within 24 hours?

If your computer system goes down we aim to get you up and running within 24 hours to minimize the down time of your computers and to get your business back on track.

  • Want to know your data is safe and secure?

Your data is stored on our secure server and encrypted with a key which you hold, no matter how sensitive your data is you know that is safe with us.
