SOLVE IT

SolveIT support can now be accessed on line.

As part of this service SolveIT can log onto the user's PC and carry out diagnostic work.

It is hoped that this new service will be of use to both new and existing clients.

 

 

We offer an
online remote access support service.

For only £20 for 30min session (please pay via paypal) we can access your computer from our office to clean up your system and sort out any problems (often with viruses or email etc) without the need for a call out.

We use Access Remote PC.

This option is open to anyone, anywhere who has their computer online (preferably broadband).

 

How to pay

  • If you wish to pay via credit card please email us at evjb@blueyonder.co.uk and we will invoice you via paypal and you will only need to enter your postal & credit card infomation. This option does not require you signing up for or having a PayPal account.


 

SOLVE IT TIPS

Visit the Microsoft Update site to update your version of Windows.

Ensure that your anti-virus checker and anti-spyware software is up to date.

To open new Office 2007 file you will need to download this Microsoft Compatibility Pack.

Check that you are using a firewall.

Don't download anything or open attachment unless you are 100% sure of what it is.
