SOLVE IT

SolveIT support can now be accessed on line.

As part of this service SolveIT can log onto the user's PC and carry out diagnostic work.

It is hoped that this new service will be of use to both new and existing clients.

 

 

 

SolveIT use and support the full range of Microsoft products including Microsoft XP, Microsoft Office 2003 and all earlier versions of this software. We are also looking in to the most up-to-date versions

We are fully aware of the different licensing options available to small business users.

SolveIT also use the innovative myoffice.net software. This software allows the user to access their appointments and contacts list from any PC, without the need for additional software.

SolveIT has strong local academic links and recently commissioned this very user friendly printer software.
If you are having any printer problems (won't start, not printing) please download this software and let it help you work through your printing issue.

SOLVE IT TIPS

Visit the Microsoft Update site to update your version of Windows.

Ensure that your anti-virus checker and anti-spyware software is up to date.

To open new Office 2007 file you will need to download this Microsoft Compatibility Pack.

Check that you are using a firewall.

Don't download anything or open attachment unless you are 100% sure of what it is.
