I am a IT Helpdesk Analyst for a National Healthcare company in Bristol.
In my job I provide 1st to 3rd line IT support for a varity of hardware and software issues direct to our clients. My background has helped me learn to tailor my support to suit people of all IT skill levels.

Previously I worked for a small family based IT support & backup company in Plymouth, SOLVE IT, as an IT assistant & web designer.

In May 2007 I finished my 3 year Communication & Information Technology with Leisure & Tourism BA Hons course at Plymouth's College of St Mark & St John (Marjons) and gained a 2:2.

Since finishing univerisity I have qualified for a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Vista and I am currently in training & certification for Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) and Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW) Professional.

Following my university studies I spent a summer travelling in Thailand to widing my horizens and meeting many new friends along the way. Before visiting Thailand I spent 3 years working as a children's courier for holiday kids clubs in France.
